Service Purchase Manager

Williston, VT

In this role, you will be responsible for providing service quotes to meet internal business needs as well as outside customer inquiries.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate estimates for commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair or replacement in a timely manner.
  • Follow up weekly on outstanding quotes.
  • Purchase all service materials and enter purchase orders.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch and technicians regarding parts inventory.
  • Purchase service inventory.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Provide research for parts and equipment repairs or replacements.
  • Manage parts returns and credits with vendors.
  • Manages inventory
    • Van Swaps
    • Inventory Price Change
    • Item Additions
  • Complete sign off on Propane Assessments for employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience in the HVAC Industry.
